Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy — FixFast Inc. At FixFast Inc., we provide professional appliance diagnostics and repair services. All appointments are scheduled in advance and reserve a technician’s time, which cannot be reassigned to other clients. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to: Provide access to the appliance at the scheduled time Be present or available by phone Notify us in advance of any changes or rescheduling Provide accurate information about the issue and working conditions Appointment Cancellation Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time. However, a cancellation fee will apply if: The appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time The client is unavailable or unresponsive at the time of the appointment (No Show) The technician arrives but the work cannot be completed due to conditions not disclosed in advance Cancellation Fee The cancellation fee is: A fixed diagnostic fee, as established by FixFast Inc. This fee compensates for the technician’s reserved time, regardless of whether the repair is performed. When the Cancellation Fee Does NOT Apply The cancellation fee will not apply if: The appointment is canceled within 5 minutes of booking The technician fails to arrive at the scheduled time The visit cannot be completed due to a fault on the part of FixFast Inc. Diagnostics and Repair Diagnostics is a separate paid service After diagnostics, the client will receive an estimate (repair cost) The client decides whether to proceed with the repair Payment & Enforcement Payment for diagnostics and/or cancellation is mandatory In case of non-payment, FixFast Inc. reserves the right to: Refuse future service Send the outstanding balance for collection Agreement to Terms By booking a service, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to this policy.
